The Georgia Center for Nonprofits, through its Nonprofit University, is offering the Managing You: Adapting to Change and Establishing a New Normal online course on Wednesday, April 22nd, from 9:00 AM to 12:30 PM.
Today, crisis is a part of life, affecting every aspect of our lives – relationships, family, community, and business – inspiring chaos, confusion, and a full range of emotions. However, you can prepare for dramatic change: In this class, you will learn to use the Emotional Intelligence (EI) competencies of emotional awareness and personal agility to develop a greater understanding of the five stages of crisis management, and practical steps to ensure you put together a solid response plan for whatever comes next.
