The National Association of Workforce Development Professionals (NAWDP) is hosting a Three Part Webinar Series on Employer Connections and Re-Entry Success Strategies in partnership with Darrell “Coach D” Andrews as follows:
- Selling Re-Entrants to Employers with Confidence on Monday, March 23rd
- Benefits of Hiring People with Criminal Backgrounds on Wednesday, March 25th
- Re-Entrant Rehired, Now What? on Friday, March 27th
Each webinar will be held at 2:00 PM. Despite the many barriers faced by re-entrants trying to find employment motivation, belief in the potential and preliminary research of potential employers needs by the business services representative or reentry specialist engaging the employer, has the potential to increase re-entry success.
