The National Association of Workforce Development Professionals (NAWDP) is hosting a webinar on Motivating Workforce Staff During the COVID-19 Pandemic on Tuesday, August 4^th, at 2:00 PM EST (1:00 PM CDT).

COVID-19 and the stay at home mandate changed how workforce development professionals interact with clients and each other due to stay-at-home mandates. The millions of jobs lost, increased case management loads and spending hours helping clients make sense of our nation’s current state has caused tremendous stress in the lives of workforce development professionals. Add doing all this from home, and there is added trauma for professionals in workforce development.   This session will help to inspire workforce development professionals to focus on the good they are doing, assisting clients in securing work during one of the most challenging times in modern history.
