Across the water sector, utilities of all sizes are facing a major challenge in recruiting and retaining qualified workers to manage, operate, and maintain our Nation’s precious water infrastructure. Many organizations, including Federal agencies, are working together to address this challenge and provide utility managers and others with tools that can help them address their own workforce challenges.  This webinar will highlight the recently updated Water and Wastewater Competency Model, developed by the Department of Labor, with input from stakeholders across the sector, including U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA).
