The Georgia Budget and Policy Institute (GBPI) is hosting the second PROSPER Georgia meeting of the year, with a special focus on The Imperative of Racial Equity for Workforce Policy on Tuesday, August 4th, at 1:00 PM, via Zoom.
GBPI’s Alex Camardelle will be joined by Melissa Johnson, Director of State Strategies at the National Skills Coalition and coauthor of the landmark Roadmap to Racial Equity for Workforce Development Advocates report for a discussion on state policy strategies that have the potential to uproot structural racism and stubborn disparities in Georgia’s workforce development system.
