The Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM) is hosting a webcast on Changing Work Patterns and the Role of Benefits in Talent Attraction and Retention on Tuesday, September 27th, at 4:00 PM.
Over half of employees are going to leave or are considering leaving their employer. Health and retirement benefits are most significant in the employees’ decisions to stay or leave. Currently, 80 percent of employers offer one type of health plan, leaving workers and families with no choices and plans that may not meet their needs. Over 64 percent of employees prefer to have benefits choices. This one-size fits all approach is expensive, ineffective, and antiquated.
