WorkforceGPS, an interactive online communication and learning technical assistance platform sponsored by the S. Department of Labor’s Employment and Training Administration (ETA), presents a webinar on COVID-19 Dislocated Worker Grants (DWGs): Lessons Learned from Implementation on Wednesday, March 24th, from 2:00 PM to 3:30 PM.
The COVID-19 DWGs are a pivotal part of Employment and Training Administration (ETA’s) contribution to supporting economic recovery for job seekers and businesses adversely impacted by the pandemic. This webinar is part of a series of technical assistance efforts to support implementation of the COVID-19 DWGs, a vital recovery tool to provide support to communities in crisis. Please join us for a conversation on where we are today and the challenges many faced in operationalizing the grants. The webinar will focus on the success of three COVID-19 DWG grantees to understand what’s working and why in an effort to offer solutions to other COVID-19 grantees.
