Department of Labor’s Employment and Training Administration (ETA), presents a webinar on Yes, WIOA Can! Building Strong Business Partnerships on Monday, January 30th, from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM.
This webinar will provide information on how the workforce system can engage businesses by providing recruitment and retention strategies that focus on methods which can be used to promote Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Accessibility (DEIA). Following the Covid-19 pandemic, businesses have struggled with employee recruitment and retention. Simultaneously, workforce development boards have had lower job seeker participation rates.
