DESCRIPTION:The National Association of Counties (NACo)\, in partnership with NCCAE\, is hosting the 2026 NCCAE Federal-State Policy Exchange starting Wednesday\, September 2nd through Friday\, September 4th\, starting at 1:30 PM\, at the Government Finance Officers Association Headquarters. \nThe Federal-State Policy Exchange (FSPX)\, formerly the “Knowledge Management Forum”\, brings together representatives from the state associations and NACo for strategic discussions on shared policy priorities\, with a focus on advocacy strategies for emerging county issues\, such as tax reform and land use authority.
