SUMMARY:National Association of Colleges and Employers (NACE): Developing Career Readiness Competencies for Skills-Based Hiring
DESCRIPTION:The National Association of Colleges and Employers (NACE) is hosting Developing Career Readiness Competencies for Skills-Based Hiring on Friday\, November 13th\, from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM. \nSkills-based hiring has shifted the student focus from simply logging career readiness metrics to actively developing verifiable workplace skills. This session shows how a scalable\, simulation-based program builds real skills through relatable workplace scenarios. Interactive video modules and simulations teach and reinforce these vital skills\, giving students repeated practice with real-time feedback. Assessment data shows measurable growth\, and students earn a verified certificate of completion. Attendees will learn practical strategies for helping students generalize these skills beyond the simulation and into real workplace settings. \nClick here to learn more and register.
