DESCRIPTION:The National League of Cities (NLC) is hosting the 2025 Constituency Groups Summer Convenings: Hispanic Elected Local Officials (HELO) and Local Indigenous Leaders (LIL) starting Thursday\, July 17th through Friday\, July 18th\, in Columbus\, OH. \nConstituency Groups are caucuses within NLC\, giving local elected officials a space to express themselves and advocate for the needs of their community. They reflect the diverse interests and backgrounds of NLC’s membership and contribute to NLC’s leadership development\, policy formulation\, advocacy and program activities.
