DESCRIPTION:The National Center on Leadership for the Employment and Economic Advancement of People with Disabilities (LEAD Center) is hosting Best Practices: MOUs for the One-Stop Delivery System on Tuesday\, August 18th\, from 3:00 PM to 4:30 PM. \nEffective MOUs are action oriented; they outline partners’ roles and responsibilities\, service options\, and available resources. They support a well-coordinated\, customer-focused service delivery network that improves access to services and gets results for job seekers\, including Americans with disabilities. \nIn this webinar\, workforce leaders will share how they translated MOU commitments into operational tools that strengthened coordination across partners\, including by defining partner roles and accountability\, streamlining customer referrals\, and mapping customer flow across the one-stop delivery system.
