The Atlanta Regional Workforce Board is a local partnership of business, education, labor and community leaders that achieves excellence by providing high-quality services that meet labor market needs of employers and residents. As the administrator for the Atlanta Regional Workforce Board (ARWB), ARC’s Workforce Solutions Division provides workforce solutions for dislocated workers, unemployed adults and youth; and for businesses seeking qualified applicants. The Atlanta Regional Workforce Board’s (ARWB) Career Resource Centers assist people seeking employment, training and education services. Funding for training through ARWB is provided for residents who live in, or have been laid off from their jobs in Cherokee, Clayton, Douglas, Fayette, Gwinnett, Henry and Rockdale counties. Young people, 14-21 years of age, interested in full-year youth programs funded by the Workforce Investment Act (WIA) must be low income and possess significant and defined barriers to education and employment.

The mission of the Fulton County Office of Workforce Development (OWD) is to assist Fulton County residents and metropolitan Atlanta area employers in developing and sustaining a world-class workforce that realizes viable incomes and benefits, thus strengthening their families and neighborhoods. OWD provides services to Fulton County residents, dislocated workers, adults, youth and area employers through its comprehensive career centers (One Stops) which are funded by Workforce Investment Act (WIA) funds.

Omnitech Institute’s mission is to provide quality education to students who wish to pursue careers in multiple vocational, technical, and medical fields. Omnitech mission is to provide training that will meet the needs of students and employers by offering programs that will give students the skill sets they need to secure and retain employment through comprehensive placement assistance. Omnitech will continue to expand its program to meet the ever changing and dynamic needs in our challenging worldwide and local economy to equip our students for successful occupations.
