Chartered on March 15th, 2004, District Council 77 was formed to better serve the tradesmen and women that we represent in Alabama, Georgia, Tennessee, North Carolina and South Carolina. We have 11 locals covering the trades of Painting, Glazing, Taping and Paint Manufacturing.
