MAX ALERT: Corporation for a Skilled Workforce Launches Workforce Benchmarking Network’s 2019 Survey

October 6, 2019

From the Corporation for a Skilled Workforce:

The Workforce Benchmarking Network’s 2019 Survey has launched! We invite providers of direct workforce services across the country to participate!

Join us on October 9 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM (Register Here) or October 24 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM (Register Here) for an informational webinar. You’ll learn more about what’s included in the survey and reports, the benefits of participation, and how to get started!

Why Participate in the Survey?

  • Workforce Benchmarking Network (WBN) data reports provide benchmarks of “good performance” for the workforce field
  • Password-protected reports offer confidential comparisons of organizational-level outcomes to those of programs with similar characteristics—informing strategic continuous improvements to program operations and services
  • Survey data analysis can inform the broader set of stakeholders in the field about effective practices that support better results for individuals

For More Information about the WBN, please visit:

About the Workforce Benchmarking Network: Since 2008, the WBN has supported hundreds of workforce development service organizations to use program data as a tool to continuously improve outcomes for job seekers, employers and communities. In addition to the national survey, CSW partners with intermediaries like the Chicago Jobs Council, the Workforce Professionals Training Institute in New York, and funders in multiple cities to implement peer learning workshops,  capacity-building tools, and system-level shared measures initiatives

Contact Kysha Frazier at benchmarking@skilledwork.org for additional information.
