MAX ALERT: Cobb Chamber Announces Two New Workforce Services: A Job Board and Internship Board

August 2, 2020

From the Cobb Chamber:

To expand workforce offerings and create value for our business members and community, the Cobb Chamber is proud to announce two new services: a job board and an internship board.  Businesses can post open positions and internship opportunities to find the best candidates in Cobb County. This portal also provides Cobb community members access to local job opportunities to assist them in landing a new career opportunity.

CobbHires.com will officially launch on August 5, 2020 with discounted prices for chamber members. Additionally, businesses are invited to a limited time free trial period to help get business back up and running again during these difficult economic times.  Employers are invited to access the Job Board here or the Internship Board here, and enter the code COBBJOBS to post jobs and internship positions for free.

For employment positions on the Job Board, employers are asked to include in the posted job title: Category | Position – FT / PT.

For internship positions on the Internship Board, employers are asked to include in the posted job title: Category | Internship – High School / College. (Employers can indicate both if open to a high school or college level applicant for the position.)

For more information, contact Nate Futrell, Workforce Initiatives Senior Manager at nfutrell@cobbchamber.org.
