Georgia Center for Nonprofits: Time Management

Georgia Center for Nonprofits is hosting a Time Management event on Tuesday, May 7^th, from 9:00 AM to 12:30 PM, at GCN Headquarters.

Busy organizations need time management skills on-hand to prioritize and accomplish their work, advance their mission, and meet their service goals as efficiently as possible. When you can better manage your time, you’ll be better able to manage the unique demands of your position and expand your impact in a sustainable and consistent manger. This course will provide you with the framework to understand your own strengths and weaknesses around time management, enable you to discern what’s most important and what’s less (or not at all) important, and leave you with simple techniques for prioritizing your work.
