Who we serve: Adults, including those unemployed or underemployed, veterans, individuals experiencing homelessness or at risk of homelessness, victims of domestic violence and other crimes, residents of subsidized housing, and returning citizens.

We value: Self sufficiency, personal commitment and accountability, spiritual restoration, respect for the
individual, providing a hand up – not a hand out, and focus on measurable outcomes.

ACSS is also a designated LISC Financial Opportunity Center. In addition to workforce services, financial empowerment services include financial literacy training, one-on-one financial coaching, income support assistance, access to credit reporting, and savings match incentives.
