MAX Minutes Features Insights on How Employers Are Adapting and Ways Workforce Developers Can Help

June 8, 2020

Employers all over the world have had to make significant operational adjustments in recent months to keep their employees, suppliers, and customers safe. How have employers in metro Atlanta adapted their operations? What hiring needs do they have today? How should our region’s workforce developers adapt to meet these needs?

On June 5th, industry engagement experts Jacque Joyce with Metro Atlanta Industry Partnerships (MAIP) and Breezy Straton with Douglas County Economic Development joined MAX to share their insights based on their recent experiences with employers. They also provided helpful tips on how best to engage with employers during these challenging times.
