Why did you become a MAX member?

I became a MAX member to access networking opportunities and to equip myself with knowledge of the resources available to assist students with reaching their education and career goals.

How long have you been engaged with the MAX network?

3 to 5 years

How has being a member of MAX benefitted your organization?

MAX is connecting us with resources to help serve our students effectively.

How have you engaged through MAX in the past 12 months?

MAX Academy, MAX Mondays

How many years have you served in the workforce development profession?

7 years

Why do you serve in this profession? What motivates you or inspires you to do what you do?

I serve in this profession for the opportunity to impact lives for the better.

What is something you and/or your organization have accomplished in the past 12 months that you are most proud of?

Assisting 72 students with obtaining their High School Equivalency Diploma.

Is there anything you believe that we, as a profession, should do differently in the future to best serve those we serve?

We must be open to hiring potential employees without HSE credentials.

What is a little-known fun fact about you?

I like to scrapbook.
