MAX ALERT: Business U Funds National Workforce Case Manager Study for Workforce System

March 31, 2019

From Business U:

To capture a baseline of key challenges workforce professionals confront working with WIOA’s dual customer (employer and job seeker), Business U is funding a national study.

Results of the study will:

  • Identify key challenges and trends coordinating business engagement efforts and employer outreach across an organization.
  • Discover current business engagement practices used by case managers versus business services representatives and how their efforts may compete, overlap and/or duplicate efforts creating inefficiencies.
  • Reveal potential solutions for integrating case managers employer outreach and business services team efforts to expand opportunities for job seekers.

If you work with job seekers and employers, click here for the 7-question survey takes which less than 5 minutes to complete.

If you would like a copy of the study when it is published in the spring, contact Shayne Nelson at shayne@business-u.net to receive a copy. To learn more about the national study, please read the press release.

Business U and MAX began partnering in 2018 on improving access to Business U’s credentialed Certified Business Engagement Professional training program for workforce developers serving in the Atlanta region.
