Thoughts From the Inaugural Class of 2025

Being part of the inaugural class of Leadership MAX is a milestone I’m extremely proud of. We stepped into something brand‑new and pushed ourselves to grow, lead boldly, and set a powerful standard for future cohorts. Leadership MAX strengthened my skills, clarified my purpose, and reminded me that leadership is both courageous and collaborative.

Angelia O’Neal, Metro Atlanta Chamber

It is an honor to have been part of the first-ever cohort.  I got much more than my money’s worth from this program. It will be another honor to reward the investment that MAX has made in me by helping our L-MAX Alumni deliver a return on the investment that was made in us.

Paul Terlemezian, Georgia LEARNS Now, LLC

I’ve learned that there is no single way to lead. Real leadership comes from passion, thoughtfulness, and intention. Whether you lead from the front, behind the scenes, or from the sidelines, what matters most is keeping the people you lead at the forefront.
