LISC Atlanta seeks partners interested in implementing the FOC model after a planning period.
The purpose of this planning grant is to: a) train the grantee on all aspects of the FOC model; b) determine whether the FOC model is a good fit for the grantee; and c) prepare the grantee for full implementation of the FOC model.
