MAX ALERT: Registration for the National Skills Coalition’s Annual Skills Summit for 2020 is Open

November 24, 2019

From the National Skills Coalition:

At the 2020 Skills Summit you’ll have the chance to join the conversation by networking with workforce leaders from across the country and develop a relationship with your representatives in Congress. This year the 2020 Skills Summit includes:

  • Moving the needle on Skills Policy. In February 2020, Congress will be on the verge of reauthorizing the Higher Education Act (HEA) and beginning talks on the Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act (WIOA). Your meetings with Congressional reps are the big push needed to getting bills introduced and sponsored that make a difference in your state.
  • Lending your voice to the Future of Work. This February, the entire Summit will break into groups to consider how the Future of Work impacts workforce development policy. Cut through the media spectacle to offer real policy feedback to support the workforce pipelines in your communities.

Check out the full working agenda posted on our 2020 Skills Summit webpage with lists of our plenaries, breakout sessions, and interactive policy development sessions.

Early bird registration ends soon. Click here to learn more and register.
