For many in the community, the 2-1-1 Contact Center serves as the “face,” the first contact in getting the help you need. 2-1-1 connects people to community resources that address everyday challenges of living and those that develop during times of community emergencies. United Way 2-1-1 is a free, confidential information and referral helpline available 24 hours a day, every day.
On Friday, July 10th, Donna Burnham, Vice President with the United Way of Greater Atlanta, will join MAX to review 2-1-1 and how this tool is being utilized to ensure individuals are getting the help they need. The discussion will help workforce developers learn how to best use 2-1-1 for connecting job seekers and others to vital life supports in this time of COVID-19.
Join us on July 10th, 9:00 AM, for a timely and virtual conversation.
