TechBridge is a technology nonprofit that equips and supports other nonprofits on the front line of alleviating the causes of poverty with technology that will allow them to expand the impact of their mission for the millions of men, women and children who suffer from the lack of access to shelter, food, employment, education, healthcare and financial literacy.
We are seeking an Instructional Team Lead for the Technology Career Program. The role will be responsible for managing and developing TechBridge’s certified trainers. The Instructional Team Lead will work closely with the Training Manager to ensure that all courses have a variety of enablement materials, including job aids, infographics, eLearning, video and instructor-led training. This person will be responsible for delivering training as a substitute when back up coverage is needed.
The Technology Career Program (TCP) is an innovative 16-week program that trains up to 30 individuals per cohort for careers in high demand technology fields. These jobs are high paying but often out of reach for the minority populations. As such the TCP provides comprehensive technical skills training and certification, professional support, job training, and financial services for low-income adults who possess a high school diploma or GED. Diverse groups of students which include high school graduates with limited access to traditional universities, military veterans and career changers are trained for high paying jobs in the technology sector.
