We are seeking a passionate, committed Nonprofit Relationship Manager who is relentless in their pursuit of customer success and project excellence. This role reports to the Chief Community Impact Officer and is primarily responsible for prioritizing and elevating the customer voice, providing excellent customer success delivery of our solutions, and bringing together internal teams to seamlessly respond to client needs while achieving successful and timely project completion. This motivated leader will be a customer care specialist who serves as the lead point of contact between our nonprofit customers and the Consulting and Technology team to ensure that all aspects of each project are executed in a successful manner and according to budget.
The ideal candidate will possess a deep knowledge of and demonstrated experience in the nonprofit sector and will be adept at navigating, liaising and communicating effectively with the stakeholders mentioned above. TechBridge develops long-term relationships with nonprofits and foundations, an effective Relationship Manager will ensure that our customers are raving fans and TechBridge continues its reputation for exceptional service. This role manages and develops customer accounts to initiate and maintain favorable relationships with customers. The Client Relationship Manager is a driven person who will thrive at building strong relationships with customers and will enjoy overseeing the detailed operation of our customer engagement process.
