What are some emerging trends you see affecting the job seekers and employers served through our profession?
The switch from employer-centric workforce to an employee-centric workforce.
Is there anything you believe that we, as a profession, should do differently in the future to best serve those we serve?
Yes, remove the institutionalized education barrier to employment and create a hub/app for all the trainings available in the state.
What is a little-known fun fact about you?
I have not trimmed my beard since November 2015.
