Joining MAX on Wednesday, August 10th, from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM, will be key leaders with McKenney’s – Daniel Shepard, Vice President of Service Operations for existing buildings, and David Tzimenatos, Manager of Field Operations for new construction. The session will be moderated by Ray Johnson, Chief Operating Officer, Bobby Dodd Institute (BDI). MAX Talks will be held at Goodwill of North Georgia in Decatur, GA.
ABOUT THE PANELISTS
Daniel Shephard is Vice President of Service Operations. He is responsible for field operations in McKenney’s Service Division to include field resource staffing, employee development both technical and professional, recruiting and day-to-day operations. Daniel has been in the HVAC mechanical service industry for 30 years starting off as an apprentice in the field and working his way up to his current role.
David Tzimenatos is Manager of Field Operations for McKenney’s Construction Division. He oversees 200 field Foremen, 300 craftsmen and manages the continuing education, safety, quality control, productivity, union relations and recruitment for this group. He has been in the industry for 24 years, 16 of those years in the field as a sheet metal worker and in the office over this group for the last 8 years. He is a second generation sheet metal worker and McKenney’s employee. He has a son that just became a journeyman sheet metal worker at McKenney’s as well.
