WorkRise is pleased to announce a new request for proposals (RFP) soliciting research unlocking important evidence that will inform policies and practices to support increased workplace equity, improved job quality, and stronger economic mobility for US workers, especially those working in low-wage jobs and those from historically marginalized communities.
The strongest proposals will directly engage key labor market actors positioned to put evidence into practice through actionable and easy-to-understand communications products and activities.
WorkRise will invest up to $3 million across projects that address one or more of WorkRise’s six focus areas:
- employer practices
- job search and matching
- macroeconomic and labor market trends and policies
- skills and training
- social determinants of work/360° perspective on workers
- worker power, voice, and representation
WorkRise will receive letters of inquiry through our online portal starting March 14 until the application deadline of April 7, 2023, 6:00 p.m. ET.
