20 years
Why do you serve in this profession? What motivates you or inspires you to do what you do?
I fell into the arena and never left. There is a level of self-fulfillment involved in building programs and services which subsequently empower others to change their lives for the better.
What are some emerging trends you see as affecting the job seekers and employers served through our profession?
Hybrid and fully virtual employment requires more than technical training.
Is there anything you believe that we, as a profession, should do differently in the future to best serve those we serve?
We need to do a better job of developing true collaborative agreements with our peers to provide a true continuum of services when needed.
What is a little-known fun fact about you?
I played the clarinet at Carnegie Hall as a kid
