Why do you serve in this profession? What motivates you or inspires you to do what you do?
In my current position, I no longer provide direct workforce development services, but my organization provides the services. Thus, I liked to be in the know of what is going on in the workforce profession. This allows me to share this information with workforce professionals in my organization.
What is something you and/or your organization have accomplished in the past 12 months that you are most proud of?
My organization continues to add community partners that benefit not only the department but the Georgia citizens we serve. Networking and connecting resources and services is very important in the growth of the department and to help constituents’ find local resources for their families.
What is a little-known fun fact about you?
I enjoy the subject of History!
