The Talent Supply Report from the Metro Atlanta Chamber looks at the overall supply of certificates and degrees conferred throughout the state over the past 4 years and compares that supply to the job demand for those same degrees and certificates. In analyzing the gaps in supply and demand, talent development experts with the Metro Chamber will walk us through the major shifts and changes that have occurred since 2017 and share any recommendations available to close these supply gaps. They will also review better practice cases from other partners and regions who are working on these talent issues and have a conversation about in-demand skills for our top industries and occupations and other findings from their analysis.
Tim Cairl, Senior Director, Talent Development, Public Policy and Justin Haight, Director, Talent Development, Public Policy, with the Metro Atlanta Chamber will join MAX to lead this discussion.
Join MAX on Friday, October 20th, 9:00 AM, for a timely and virtual conversation.
