The Talent Pipeline Coordinator will be responsible for assisting further development and implementation of MAC’s employer collaborative that builds stronger talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs across specific industries and job functions. The Talent Pipeline Coordinator is responsible for using data-driven methods and existing strategies that drive talent acquisition and capacity building from education and industry training providers in the region.
The position will work closely with MAC’s Talent team and report to the Talent Pipeline Project Manager. The Talent Pipeline Coordinator will also work closely with the Director of Talent Partnerships in coordinating MAC’s talent strategies with workforce development professionals, human resources leaders, and talent professionals from leading industries across the region.
