Why do you serve in this profession? What motivates you or inspires you to do what you do?
I serve as the Founder/Executive Director of Jumpstart Automotive Training Center. I am motivated to assist our students with training and finding employment because I narrowly missed going to prison. I found peace in repairing vehicles at that time and I want to offer this opportunity to as many students who need it.

We boast an over 95% placement rate for our employment program graduates.

Many tenured employees are retiring or leaving the automotive technician field. The technician shortage facing automotive service is daunting and growing wider.
Is there anything you believe that we, as a profession, should do differently in the future to best serve those we serve?
I think anyone can improve their emotional intelligence to offer kindness and grace to whatever population they are serving.
What is a little-known fun fact about you?
I am a Harley-Davidson enthusiast!
