Metro Atlanta is home to several community-based nonprofit workforce providers working hard to provide critical support during times of economic uncertainty and ever-amounting daily challenges. As demand for their services grows while funding dips or fluctuates, finding ways to help nonprofit leaders carry out their critical missions is an imperative. With this in mind, the Georgia Center for Nonprofits (GCN) has created four Strategic Options Labs to help nonprofit leaders gain the clarity, structure, and tools to develop and implement strategies that amplify impact in the midst of ever-evolving times. The four labs will be offered four times this year, beginning on March 4th, May 6th, August 5th, and November 4th, and are as follows:
- The Collaborate Strategic Lab will focus on going from an idea (“we should collaborate”) to a well-defined model and an executed partnership plan. Click here to learn more.
- The Reinvent Strategic Lab will focus on creating a pathway to redesign your program model, right-size operations, and build a board-ready plan. Click here to learn more.
- The Reorganize Strategic Lab will focus on designing a new organization to right-size, streamline structure, clarify roles, reduce costs, and speed decisions. Click here to learn more.
- The Exit Strategic Lab will focus on preserving the mission value through a structured approach to transfer assets, programs, or clients thoughtfully. Click here to learn more.
Scholarships are available to support participation in the labs. Click here to apply.
GCN is also hosting Revenue Strategy Cohorts to help leadership teams develop a new revenue strategy that considers the potential universe of funding available for an organization. One cohort began on January 20th. Three additional cohorts will begin on April 21st, July 14th, and October 6th. Click here to learn more.
