The Federal Reserve Bank of Atlanta is hosting a four-day webinar series on Understanding Trends and Identifying Solutions on Monday, February 5^th through Thursday, February 8^th.

The second in the series, Left Out or Dropped Out? Continuing the Conversation on Men and Women in the Workforce starts on Tuesday, February 6^th, from 2:00 PM to 3:30 PM. Economic and cultural factors affect an individual’s decisions about how to engage with the workforce. Please join us for a discussion of research on how some incentives and barriers drive differing labor force participation decisions for men and women.
