Georgia Career Development Association: Spring Workshop- Six Resilience Challenges of Career Development

The Georgia Career Development Association is hosting a Spring Workshop: 6 Resilience Challenges of Career Development on Friday, May 3rd, from 9:00 AM To 12:30 PM, at Oglethorpe University.
This session will explore the nature of challenges, opportunities, and problems arising in the workplace and beyond. We will review evidence for resilience as an active process and explore the framework of tools and capabilities that support challenge-readiness. Applying the model first to ourselves and then to the people we serve, we will discuss strategies for increasing effectiveness and well-being in the context of core career challenges.
