Georgia Center for Nonprofits: Coaching for Employee Success

Georgia Center for Nonprofits is hosting a Coaching for Employee Success event on Friday, March 8^th, from 9:00 AM to 12:30 PM, at GCN Headquarters.

This is the first course in the Management Accelerator 1 series. One fundamental aspect of great leaders is the ability to engage, empower, and improve performance in direct reports through the use of skillful coaching. In this workshop, participants learn, and practice proven coaching frameworks that will help their team members become more self-sufficient, resolve problems faster for themselves and others, and make more valuable contributions to the team.
