Georgia Center for Nonprofits is hosting a learning event, Conflict Resolution: Dealing with Difficult People on Tuesday, January 16th, from 9:00 AM to 12:30 PM, at the GCN Headquarters.
Success in dealing with conflict comes from understanding how we behave, as well as how we can influence others. At the end of this course, you will be able to recognize the role of your actions and attitudes in fostering and resolving conflict. You will also be able to explain coping strategies for dealing with difficult people and situations. This course is designed for any nonprofit professional, supervisors of teams, and individuals in HR.
