Georgia Center for Nonprofits is hosting a webinar on Creating a Culture of Inclusion on Friday, February 23rd, from 1:00 PM to 4:30 PM.
In this course, you’ll discover best practices for establishing and maintaining a culture of inclusion in your organizations. Activities will include examining case studies of nonprofit organizations currently implementing anti-bias and racism initiatives; group exercises to dissect and address issues of potential bias in the workplace; and action planning to promote an environment of inclusion and safety for both employees and consumers who are, historically, most likely to be on the receiving end of prejudice, discrimination, and exclusion.
