Georgia Center for Nonprofits is hosting an Intro to Development Planning and Budgeting webinar on Thursday, March 7^th, from 9:00 AM to 12:30 PM.

A deliberate process preparing you for the future, resource development planning does not have to be complex or time-consuming: It can be pragmatic, simple, and built into the existing internal routines of your organization. Whichever approach you take, this course shows you how to implement a reliable resource development planning process in your own organization. Leading a successful development effort requires a variety of skills and competencies. The biggest challenge, no matter what the size of the organization, is to match the chosen method (or methods) of fundraising with the mission, the characteristics of potential supporters, and the resources available to do the necessary work.
