Georgia Center for Nonprofits: Management Accelerator Module 1 – Managing Individuals

Georgia Center for Nonprofits is hosting a Management Accelerator Module 1: Managing Individuals on Friday, August 1^st, from 9:00 AM to 12:30 PM, at GCN Headquarters.

Our Management Accelerator covers a comprehensive set of skills, divided into three management areas: individuals, teams, and strategy. Together, these three Accelerator modules will equip nonprofit managers to succeed in a demanding environment and deliver value for the organization quickly. The Managing Individuals module will equip managers with the skills to effectively develop staff, align goals, and build accountability through five practical, hands-on workshops.
