This course is the third session of the Management Accelerator This series covers a comprehensive set of skills, divided into three management areas: individuals, teams, and strategy. Together, these three accelerators will equip nonprofit managers to succeed in a demanding environment and deliver value for the organization quickly. During this webinar, participants will learn to diagnose productivity challenges in teams and individuals, and practice frameworks for improving time awareness, prioritization, and organization.
