Georgia Center for Nonprofits is hosting a webinar on Strategic Human Resources Management on Friday, August 9th, from 9:00 AM to 12:30 PM, at GCN Headquarters.
No matter how large or small an organization is, it is essential that there is direction and structure in place around HR policies that protect the organization and its most valuable asset: people. In today’s changing environment, HR professionals must be well-informed business partners as well as strategic leaders. This course will provide participants with a strategic view of human resources management and give them an opportunity to see how strategies implemented in HR actually fit into the strategic plan of the organization.
