The Manufacturing Institute is hosting a virtual D&I Roundtable: Navigating Microaggressions in the Workplace on Tuesday, August 27th, from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM.
Attendees will hear a subject matter expert share real examples of ways organizations can combat and navigate microaggressions in the workplace. Additionally, the session will cover the impact on the recipients’ mental and physical health, and how to address them while providing guidance on the necessary next steps when a person unintentionally commits a microaggression.
