On-the-job learning experiences provide employers the opportunity to explore talent, to benefit from different and developing skill sets, and to train candidates for future positions. This webinar will delve into federal labor laws relative to youth under the age of 18, to help companies understand how they can safely welcome youth into their facilities and provide them with hands-on work experience.
