The Metro Atlanta eXchange for Workforce Solutions (MAX) is hosting MAX Minutes with Dr. Christopher Laney, Lightcast, on Developing a Future Ready Workforce on Friday, August 16th, at 9:00 AM, virtually.
The demographic landscape of today’s workforce is rapidly changing. Lightcast has been at the forefront of following and measuring communities’ successes and challenges. During this discussion, Lightcast will introduce a Future-Ready Workforce Index aimed at identifying communities who are positioned to withstand these economic changes.
Joining MAX will be Dr. Christopher Laney, Vice President of Government Affairs and Partnerships at Lightcast. In introducing the index on behalf of Lightcast, Dr. Laney will review the indicators to measure for developing a future-ready workforce.
