Metro Atlanta eXchange for Workforce Solutions (MAX) is hosting
MAX Minutes with GEORGIA MATCH on Friday, February 28
th, at 9:00 AM, via Zoom.
GEORGIA MATCH is an innovative education and workforce initiative developed in collaboration with the Governor’s Office, Governor’s Office of Planning & Budget, Georgia Student Finance Commission, Technical College System of Georgia, Governor’s Office of Student Achievement, Georgia Department of Education, and University System of Georgia. This tool provides high school seniors with a simple way to know where they are eligible for admission based on their high school calculated HOPE grade point average.
Chris Green, Senior Vice President, Georgia Student Finance Commission, will join us to discuss the success of GEORGIA MATCH since implementation and how the program impacts the state’s workforce pipeline.
