The Metro Atlanta eXchange for Workforce Solutions (MAX) is hosting MAX Minutes with Stephanie Scearce, Georgia Association of Manufacturers, on Friday, February 16th, 9:00 AM, via Zoom.
Workforce continues to be the most critical issue facing existing manufacturers in Georgia. With more manufacturing jobs available than there are Georgians, stagnant growth in labor force participation, and declining birth rates, the problem isn’t having enough jobs; it’s having enough people. Now, more than ever, Georgia’s Manufacturers must think of new ways to address workforce risks before they become overwhelming.
